Sub-Surface Extraction

Sub-surface extraction of flood water from carpet and pad is commonplace in the professional service industry thanks to the technology invented over 20 years ago by Dennis Pearlstein assisted by Paul Kappos. That technology introduce under the Water Claw brand name, revolutionized the way flood extractions are performed. From the beginning a secondary application became readily obvious. That is of course, using sub-surface extraction to remove deeply embedded, resurfacing, spots and odors from carpet and pad.

A New Problem

As effective as sub-surface extraction has been, professional carpet cleaners now had a new problem. How to reliably deliver a controlled sub-surface saturation that would work in unison with sub-surface extraction.

It was our belief that this lack of a reliable tool and process for a controlled saturation constituted the single biggest missing link in the professional carpet cleaners arsenal of equipment and know-how. Leading to the use of experimental methods that were both time consuming and frustratingly uncertain as to their efficacy.

A New Technology

The patented technology we call, Continuous Flow Targeted Saturation, performed by the Sub-Surface Flush-Wand, is the first truly professional process and tool to match the purpose and power of Sub-Surface Extraction. Delivering a continuous and targeted flow of solution precisely were the technician directs it.

Coming Home

So, why did it take us 20 years to create this great saturation technology as a compliment to our original extraction technology? Well, after selling the Water Claw business in order to pursue another project, which frankly ended in a dead end, we were forced to re-direct our business focus. What we’re saying here is that we’re a couple of prodigal carpet cleaners returning to our roots to do what we do well. Creating new technology and cleaning products that level-up your professional ability and profitability -- and that, is the best part of our job.
